Hi all

It's been a minute, where do I begin. How 'bout I start at the worst and work backwards. OK, Friday I was on freestyle friday (a local freestyle feature on the radio station)I was last up to the mic, 5 other spitfire MC's were up first so by the time it got to me I was CRUNK. As soon as it was my turn we were out of time. The female jock (JD) represented for me (and I quote her:"That's not right. Let the lady go and made sure that the time was extended so I could), they restart the music, I'm in the zone; ready, willing and able to eat, spit 3 bars and start the next with - (those sensitive souls need to stop here)f u c k!!! As the immediate and deafening sound of silence crashed around me my only thought was: Shit! My mom is listening! So with out thinking I yelled out "sorry momma" which I'm told sounded like I said "soraay, mabaa". Can you say ummm. What can you do? Anyhow - theres more but I gotta run. Class awaits.
